The Valuation20 (V20) Summit & Conference 2026 takes place at the National Housing Center in Washington, D.C., hosted by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). The conference runs on 6–7 November 2026 and is open to everyone, followed by the Summit on 8 November 2026, which is by invitation only.
V20 is a global initiative focused on advancing valuation methods and approaches to deliver tangible solutions for an economically stable world and the achievement of sustainable development goals. It brings together valuation professionals, regulators, policymakers and industry leaders to explore how robust valuation practices support transparency, accountability and long-term value creation across financial markets, infrastructure and responsible governance.
Key themes for 2026 include data transparency and availability, valuing livelihoods, land utilisation and habitat protection, and integrating technological factors into valuation practice to promote sustainable value assessment and strengthen professional capacity worldwide. Attendees can expect keynote addresses, panel discussions, technical sessions on emerging standards and technology, and interactive roundtables with global valuation leaders.
The 2026 Summit & Conference is co-chaired by Raymond Moran, ASA, MRICS (Managing Director, GlassRatner) and Graham Antrobus, ASA (Technical Valuation Director, Brand Finance).
